How long did the Hurricane Katrine last?

Hurricane Katrina formed on August 23, 2005 and dissipated on August 31 of the same year. It began as Tropical Storm Twelve of the season and caused billions of dollars in damage to become the costliest storm in Atlantic hurricane history.

  1. It was a very bad storm. Many people helped the people of New Orleans after the storm. Hurricane Katrina was one of the worst hurricanes. The damage was traumatic. People were very scared . The storm was horrendous and the storm was very big and flooded the whole city.It was a very long storm for it to cause so much damage.
